Member Privacy Policy 
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and store your information when you use our app for scooter rentals. By using the Ride Mobility app, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
 
No Refund Policy
The member-customer acknowledges that there is a no refund policy in place for the use of ride services. It is solely the member-customer’s decision and capability to add funds to their ride wallet for service usage. Due to this, Ride Mobility will not issue cash refunds for any services but may distribute credits where applicable.
 
Member signature permissions
 
Upon signing up for the ride mobility software, the member-customer agrees that by acknowledging the terms and conditions through a checkbox, our software will generate an electronic signature of recognition. This signature will be kept on file with a timestamp for all civil or criminal proceedings and company records.
 
1. Information We Collect
 
1.1 Personal Information:
When you create an account and use the Ride Mobility app, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is necessary to provide you with our scooter rental services.

To facilitate scooter rentals and enhance your user experience, we may collect and process location information when you use the Ride Mobility app. You have the option to enable or disable location services through your device settings.

Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you important administrative messages regarding your account.
 
6.3 Location Information:
You have the ability to control the collection and use of your location information through your device settings. However, disabling location services may limit certain features of the Ride Mobility app.

  1. 8. Operating Procedures for rented equipment
  2. Ride Mobility, Ride App INC’s core operating procedure involves cooperation with law enforcement. Law enforcement serves as the legal standard and the company’s safety protocol to ensure peace in recovering all rented property outside the geofence operation boundary.
  3. All Ride Mobility users and Ride App INC members must agree to these rental terms during the sign-up process to operate any Ride Mobility rented equipment and use all Ride applications.
  4. The member-customer agrees to be advised via phone call, email, or contact at the customer-member’s address brokered by a peace officer to recover rented property.
  5. The member- customer agrees If the property is outside the geofence operations boundaries, Ride App Inc management may act via these terms and conditions and employee handbook recovery procedures to recover property.
  6. Member- customer agrees and fully understand that calls from staff in any capacity may occur, or emails, or law enforcement may intervene to broker the peace in the recovery of ride mobility equipment.                                      
  7. All ride members-customers agree to escalated methods to recover property and operate any or all ride mobility software, services, or rented property. 
  8. Ride management retains the right to confront, approach, and reclaim any and all ride mobility rented property that is in clear sight, or view.
  9. The member-customer agrees that if the rented property is not recovered through Standard Operating Procedures for rented equipment, law enforcement must be notified that the equipment is considered stolen, and ride management must secure a police report for company records and insurance requirements.
  10. The member-customer consents that any Ride Mobility employee may continue the investigation to recover the scooter until either the company can no longer receive data on the scooter’s location, or management has proceeded with civil actions to recover the scooter and damages.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the ride mobility management may proceed with civil proceedings to recover the scooter and seek compensation for damages.
